Last Wednesday I wrote a tongue in cheek column about rain soaked "friends" and their billion dollar lottery dreams. If I'd only known what the next morning had in store.
Once again, eastern Kentuckians are digging themselves out of the mud. It's a lot harder to shovel when frozen.
